Our founders were inspired to create something that would accelerate (and one day, eliminate) their most frequent, repetitive tasks. They were drowning in a sea of documents, discussions, and data, and finding information was a lot more difficult than it should have been. They wasted a lot of time gathering information (searching for documents, asking for updates already answered somewhere, entering data in multiple systems) to be able to get “actual” work done; and, in cases when information couldn’t be found, they were forced into suboptimal decision-making.
We understand we aren’t the only team working to make information more accessible to enable faster, better decisions. What makes us unique (at least we believe so) is our obsession with simplicity and living across the most common tools and interfaces people already use today.
We refuse to be “yet another app”

For this reason, we decided to empower people to get more done from their inbox, instead of taking people out of it.
Throughout our beta (which launches in a few days! see here) and into the next year, we’ll be focused on helping our users organize and find information 10x more easily than conventional methods. Further along, we expect to automate a lot of the cutting ✂️, pasting, sifting, and sorting that erodes so much of our time today by syncing information across systems with no manual effort. Plus, with no additional effort from users, Teamstand works behind the scenes to add structure to your data (90% of the world's data is unstructured!), so if/when you want to start making automated decisions with AI, you’ll be in a great place to get going fast 🤖.
