Thanks, Jessica! We’re: Surfacing all the necessary and important information buried in emails (starting with documents). We’ve received helpful feedback that our interface also introduces a bit of messiness and clutter in its current state, so be on the lookout for a cleaner design coming soon!!

Agreed, Ignacio! We’re: Using some simple magic to automatically organize all your exchanged files by client (Drag and drop is so 2010!). And we don’t stop there: we’re continuing to add different attributes to your data, so your information is automatically organized for easy finding later.

We hear you, Andy! We’re: Building something to show you the relevant documents in Teamstand whenever you perform a Gmail search. You won’t have to redo your search, and you can say goodbye to sorting through a jungle of messages to find what you need.

Let’s talk KPIs 📊

We ended the month of July surpassing our goal for new users, thanks largely to the support of our early adopters who introduced us to their friends and colleagues! Moving forward, our go-to-market will focus on 3 metrics:

  1. **App Installation:** We’re constantly testing our messaging to see what drives people to try our solution
  2. **User Activation:** Whether folks use the extension after installing (what we call “activation”) gives us an idea about whether our user interface is easy to follow
  3. **Sustained Use:** Our goal is to give our users a tool that saves them time daily! We measure a user as “sustained” when they’ve used our extension in at least 3 of the last 4 weeks. If any of our users have ideas on how we can make Teamstand more valuable (so that you would use it more often), please let us know!
