Tags are a way to group and prioritize files in Teamstand. With tags, you can quickly return to important items, remind yourself about action items, or filter on files you’d like to share with others.

You can access all your tags from the home screen or from the ‘Manage Tags’ option, which you can access from the bottom of the dropdown list that appears when selecting tags for a file.

Tag a File

  1. Hover over the document row and select the Tag icon on the far right

  2. Click in the field Add a tag

  3. To apply an existing tag to the file(s): Select the tag from the dropdown list of existing tags shown in the dropdown.

  4. To apply a new tag to the file(s): Start typing in the name of the new tag you want to create, then click Create tag or press Enter.

Rename a Tag

  1. Hover over the document row and select the Tag icon on the far right.
  2. Click in the field Add a tag.
  3. Click Manage tags at the bottom of the dropdown list that appears.
  4. Right-click the row of the tag you would like to rename.
  5. Select the Rename icon.
  6. Type in the new name for the tag.
  7. Click the ✔️ to save the new name, or the X to discard the new name and return to the current name.

Delete a Tag

  1. Hover over the document row and select the Tag icon on the far right.
  2. Click in the field Add a tag
  3. Click Manage tags at the bottom of the dropdown list that appears.
  4. Right-click the row of the tag you would like to rename.
  5. Select the Delete icon. </aside>
