Here are a few ways we suggest making the most of your Teamstand experience…
Where to find me
- Side Panel - Click on the Teamstand icon in the side panel of Gmail to expand/collapse. If the side panel isn’t displayed, on the bottom right, click ‘Show side panel’.

- Thread View - Whenever you open an email with files attached, Teamstand will automatically expand by default. If you choose to only have Teamstand expand when you open it from the side panel, you can adjust this in your preferences from the header navigation.
Understanding the Home Screen
- Use the quick search to fetch files by document name, keywords, who sent it, and many other file attributes.

- Each tab on the home screen - My Space, People, and Companies - provides a a snapshot of your most important projects and latest files, each with a unique way of keeping your files organized.
Add your favorite files and collections to quick access
Put your favorite collection of files at your fingertips; keep up to six of your favorite collections handy using Quick Access. Click ‘Add’ to select the collections of files you want to include for easy reference.

Set up custom tags
Create custom groups of files in Teamstand using tags.
Some users create tags by the type of file (RFP, onboarding checklist, invoice, etc.) and others use team or project names for their tags - the choice is yours!
